Job Description Of Meghalaya MSSDS Multi-Task Assistant Recruitment 2024

To assist & support the Skill Development Officer.
Performing administrative tasks.
Computer related works which also includes typing.
Researching information as required.
Delivering of materials/correspondences.
Supervising the regular routine works in the office viz receiving and dispatch correspondences, putting up of correspondences from relevant files.

Eligibility Conditions For Recruitment Of Multi-Task Assistant Meghalaya

Educational Qualification And Experience:

Applicants must be a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Experience in Office Administration and project related activities.

Skills & Proficiencies:

Knowledge of Quality tools & processes proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook etc.
Good report writing and analytical skills.
Proficiency in administrative work and other related work.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in local languages of the State.

Other Requirement:

Extensive travel and night haul, if required.

It may be noted that in deserving cases, the qualification and experience may be relaxed.
