SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2024: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has recently announced a fresh intimation notification inviting intending and eligible individuals to apply online for recruitment of 97 (ninety seven) Officer GradeA (Assistant Manager) positions for the General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream, Research Stream, Official Language Stream and Engineering (Electrical) Stream.
Interested and eligible candidates who aspire for a career in the government sector can apply online for these positions from 11 June 2024 onwards. The deadline for submission of online application form along with the required documents is 30 June, 2024.

SEBI Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria For Officer Grade A Posts
Candidates aspiring to apply for the Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager)post at SEBI should fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
SEBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on March 31, 2024 i.e., the candidate must have been born on or after April 01, 1994. Relaxation in age limits will be given as per applicable rules.
The upper age-limit will be relaxable as follows:
- i. up to a maximum of five years for candidates belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe if the posts are reserved for them.
- ii. up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates if the posts are reserved for them.

SEBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 Qualification
In this section, we discuss about the essential qualification as well as desirable experience required for appointment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager job vacancy 2024.
1. General Stream
Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum 2 years’ duration) in any discipline/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute or Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ Company Secretary/ Cost Accountant.
2. Legal Stream
Mandatory Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.
Desirable Experience: 2 years post qualification experience as an Advocate (including as an associate in an Advocate’s or Solicitor’s Office or Law firm) after being enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961).
3. Information Technology Stream
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years’ duration) in computer science/ computer application/ information technology from a recognized University / Institute.
4. Engineering (Electrical) Stream
Mandatory Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Desirable Experience:
- (i) Working knowledge of electronic systems like CCTV surveillance systems, Addressable Security Alarm and Fire Alarm systems, EPABX, UPS system, etc.
- (ii) Experience in maintenance of lifts, pumps, air-conditioning plants, etc.
- (iii) Experience of administering construction projects in all its aspects and knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques.
5. Research Stream
Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum 2 years’ duration) in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Financial Economics / Mathematical Economics/ Business Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Industrial Economics/ Business Analytics.

SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
The candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee cum intimation charges while applying for SEBI Officer Grade A Job Vacancy 2024. These fee cum charges are as follows:- • For Unreserved, OBC and EWSs category - Rs. 1000/- + 18% GST
- • For SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates - Rs. 100/- + 18% GST
Selection Procedure For Recruitment Of Grade A Assistant Manager In SEBI
The process of selection to recruit Grade A Assistant Manager at Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) will be carried out in 3 (three) phases.
Phase I will be an online examination consisting of 2 (two) papers.
Candidates shortlisted in Phase I will appear for Phase II, which will also be in the form of online examination(s) consisting of 2 (two) papers.
Candidates shortlisted in Phase II will be called for an Interview.
How To Apply Online For SEBI Grade A Job Vacancy 2024

Step 1: Applicants are required to go to SEBI’s official website (www.sebi.gov.in) and open the link “Careers”. Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification entitled “SEBI RECRUITMENT EXERCISE - RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER) - 2024” and click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" which will open a new screen.
Step 2: To register application, choose the tab "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
Step 3: Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the "VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS" and "SAVE & NEXT" button.
Step 4: Candidates can proceed to upload Photo, Signature, Left Thumb impression and hand writing declaration as per the specifications given in the notification.
Step 5: Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
Step 6: Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
Step 7: Click on "PAYMENT" Tab and proceed for payment. The payment can be made by using only Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa/ Master Card/Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
Step 8: Click on "SUBMIT" button. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt.
Step 9: Candidates are required to take a print of online Application Form containing fee details.
