Northeast Frontier Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2024: Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), Maligaon, Assam has recently released an official notification inviting eligible sports persons for filling-up of 24 various posts in the organization.

The recruitment of sports persons will be carried out against sport quota through Open Advertisement for 2023-24 (Part-2).

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for NFR sports persons vacancy from 22 May, 2024 onwards. The deadline for submission of online application form along with the required documents is 9 June, 2024.

Northeast Frontier Railway Sports Quota Recruitment Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must possess the following eligibility conditions inorder to apply for the Sports Persons posts at Northeast Frontier Railway:

Eligibility Conditions for Posts with Pay level - 5 or 4

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent examination passed from recognised university/institution.
• Age Limit: 18 -25 years as on 01-07-2024.

Eligibility Conditions for Posts with Pay level - 3 or 2

• Educational Qualification: Passed Class 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/Institution.
• Age Limit: 18 -25 years as on 01-01-2024.

Eligibility Conditions for Posts with Pay level - 1

• Educational Qualification: Passed Class 10th (matriculation) or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
• Age Limit: 18 -25 years as on 01-01-2024.

PERIOD FOR RECKONING SPORTS ACHIEVEMENT: The sports person should be an active player currently and his/her achievements should be in recognized championships /events held on or after 01-04-2021. For validity of sports achievement, concluding day of the championships /events shall be taken into account.

NFR Railway Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Individuals applying for the posts of sports persons in Northeast Frontier Railway will have to pay certain amount of application fee according to their category as mentioned in the table below:
