Morigaon Court Recruitment 2024: The Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Morigaon District, Assam is inviting applications from eligible and intending individuals in Standard form for contractual engagement of 02 posts of Office Assistant and Peon in the Office of the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (LADCS) under District Legal Services Authority, Morigaon as per the LADCS Modified Scheme, 2022 of NALSA. The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis which will be for a period of 01 (one) year.

1. Name of the Post: Office Assistant
No. of Posts: 01 (one)
Salary: Rs. 15000/- per month (fixed)
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years & maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2024. Upper age Relaxation is admissible as per Govt. Rule.
Educational/ Other Qualification:
- 1. Graduation in any discipline.
- 2. Minimum six months diploma certificate in Computer Application with proficiency in MS Office, Internet & Email.

No. of Posts: 01 (one)
Salary: Rs. 10000/- per month (fixed)
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years & maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2024. Upper age Relaxation is admissible as per Govt. Rule.

Educational Qualification: Minimum class VIII (Eight) Passed and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply.
Besides the eligibility criteria cited above for each of the two posts, the candidates should also fulfil the following conditions:
- 1. Candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India.
- 2. Candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
