A candidate must be either -(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or

The candidate should not be less than 20 years of age and not more than 28 years of age as on 01-07-2024. In other words, the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1996 and not later than 01-07-2004 (both dates inclusive).

Category wise relaxation of age for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2024 is as under:
- • 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates.
- • 3 (three) years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
- • 10 (ten) years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
- • 3 (three) years to 8 (eight) years for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) / Disabled ExServicemen (DESM) subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years.
- • 7 (seven) years to 12 (twelve( years for widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried.
- • 5 (five) years for persons affected by 1984 riots.
IBPS Clerk Qualification 2024
The candidate should possess the following educational qualification (As on 21-07-2024) so as to be eligible to apply for the CRP Clerk XVI in IBPS Recruitment 2024:
He/She must be a Degree (Graduation) holder in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Other Requirements for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2024
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory. Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT: Candidate should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT for which a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
CREDIT HISTORY: The candidate applying shall ensure that they maintain a healthy Credit history at the time of joining of participating banks. The minimum credit score will be as per the policy of participating banks, amended from time to time.
NOTE: Candidates with no bank account shall not be required to produce the CIBIL status. CIBIL Score requirement is not a pre-condition to apply.
Application Fee For IBPS Clerk 2024
According to the official notification, candidates applying for IBPS CRP Clerk XVI Recruitment 2024 shall have to pay certain amount as application Fee. The fee amount depends on the category the applicant is applying for.
- • Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates.
- • Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others.

3. New Registration: Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register your application by entering basic information. A provisional registration number and password will be generated and displayed. Note down these details.
4. Upload Documents:
- • Photograph.
- • Signature.
- • Left Thumb Impression.
- • Hand-written Declaration.
- • Certificate (if applicable)
- • Capture and upload your photograph through a webcam or mobile phone.
5. Fill Online Application: Carefully fill in the online application. Use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify and modify details if needed. No changes are allowed after clicking on the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button.
6. State Preference: Indicate the state for provisional allotment on selection. This option is irrevocable.
7. Mode of Payment: Payment of fees/intimation charges must be made through the online mode only. Ensure you have the necessary details/documents for online payment.
8. Complete Payment:
- • Use Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, UPI.
- • Follow the instructions for the payment process integrated with the application form.
- • If the transaction fails, log in again with the provisional registration number and password to complete the payment.
- • On successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated.

- • Certificate: PDF format, A4 size, not exceeding 500 kb.
11. Upload Procedure:

12. Final Checks:
- • Verify the clarity of uploaded images.
