LIC HFL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates willing to apply for the posts of Junior Assistants in the LIC Housing Finance Limited shall have to fulfil certain eligibility conditions. These conditions are discussed in detail below for the aspirants to consider before applying for the post.

Educational Qualification
Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the central Government.

Computer Literacy
Operating and Working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory. The candidate should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language/. He/She should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the Subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Selection Process for LIC HFL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024
The selection process for LIC HFL Recruitment 2024 Junior Assistant post will comprise of Online Examination followed by Personal Interview of the candidates.
Online Examination:
Online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice of total two hours duration comprising the following sections:
■ English Language - 40 Questions of 1 mark each
■ Logical Reasoning - 40 Questions of 1 mark each
■ General Awareness (With special emphasis on Housing Finance Industry) - 40 Questions of 1 mark each
■ Numerical Ability - 40 Questions of 1 mark each
■ Computer Skill - 40 Questions of 1 mark each
Interview:
Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Examination will be called for interview.
Final Selection:
The final merit list and selection of candidates will be done on the basis of combined marks of Online Examination as well as the Interview.
Medical Examination:
Selected candidate will have to undergo Medical Examination and will be appointed as Junior Assistant subject to him/her being found medically fit by the Medical Examiner authorized by LIC HFL for this purpose.
