1. Name of the Post: Forest Guard
Department/Office: Environment, Forest & Climate Change
No. of Posts: 27 (twenty seven)
Salary: Level-3 (Rs. 21700-69100/-)
Educational Qualification: Class-X pass from a recognized Board.
Other Qualification: Must possess minimum prescribed physical standard.
2. Name of the Post: Fireman
Department/Office: Fire & Emergency Services
No. of Posts: 42 (forty two)
Salary: Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21700-69100/-)
Educational Qualification: Class-X passed or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Other Qualification: Must possess minimum prescribed physical standard.
3. Name of the Post: Constable (Civil Police, AAPBN & IRBN)

Scheme of Exam for APSSB CSLE Recruitment
The scheme of examination will consist of 3 stages (Stage-I, Stage-II & Stage-III) for Fireman, Constable & Lady Constable posts, 2 stages (Stage-I & Stage-II) for Forest Guard post and only Stage-I for Laboratory Attendant & MTS posts.

Stage-I: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions
The first stage is a written test. It has multiple-choice questions that cover four subjects:

- 2. General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability - 50 marks
- 3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability - 50 marks
- 4. English Language and Comprehension - 50 marks
Stage-II: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are essential components of the selection process for physical demanding posts like Constable and Fireman.
