1. Name of the Post: Office Assistant/Clerk
■ No. of Posts: 03 (three)
■ Salary/Honorarium: Rs. 18000/- per month
■ Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
■ Other Skills Required:
- (i) Basic word processing skills and the ability to operate computer and skill to feed data.
- (ii) Good Typing speed with proper setting of petition.
- (iii) Ability to take dictation and prepare files for presentation in the Courts.
- (iv) File maintenance and processing knowledge.

2. Name of the Post: Receptionist-Cum-Data Entry Operator
■ No. of Posts: 01 (one)
■ Salary/Honorarium: Rs. 18000/- per month
■ Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
■ Other Skills Required:
- (i) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- (ii) Word and data processing abilities.
- (iii) Ability to work telecommunication system (telephones, fax machines, switchboards etc).
- (iv) Proficiency with good typing speed.
Mode of Recruitment: Computer Skill Test followed by Walk-in-Interview
3. Name of the Post: Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant)
■ No. of Posts: 03 (three)
■ Salary/Honorarium: Rs. 12500/- per month
■ Educational Qualification: Candidate must be class VIII (Eight) Passed. Those who have passed XII or above shall be ineligible to apply.
Mode of Recruitment: Walk-in-Interview

As per the Kamrup (M) District Legal Services Authority Notification 2024, candidates fulfilling all the aforesaid eligibility conditions must submit their application in the Standard Form published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX.

Duely filled Application Form’ along with self attested copies of testimonials and 02 (two) recent passport sized photographs are to be enclosed with the application.
The application should be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup (M). The candidate must make sure that the name of the post is clearly mentioned at the top of the Envelope.
The application along with the required enclosures should reach ‘the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup (M) by post or directly by hand on all working days on or before 05.00 P.M from 01-08-2024: till 16-08-2024.
